Studio Sendero is available to rent for classes, workshops, rehearsals, and events.
Located in historic Lowertown St. Paul a half block from the end of the light rail line, Studio Sendero is on the 5th floor of the JAX Artists’ Building at 253 East Fourth Street.

- 16′x24′ sprung, wood dance floor
- 10 foot ceiling
- wall of mirrors
- office/changing area
- surround sound system including subwoofer (MP3 player input and CDs)
- ceiling fan
- air conditioning
- dimmers on 3 banks of lights (no fluorescent lights!)
- stage lighting
- cozy reception/seating area
- secure building (front door auto-locks at 8pm and opens at 8am)
- 2 restrooms on the floor
Rentals are $15/hour.
